Leverage limits vary by asset class. Futures accounts do not use leverage (1:1), while Stocks, Crypto, and All-in-One accounts have defined leverage maximums.
Leverage by Asset Class
| Asset Class | Max Leverage |
|---|---|
| Futures | 1:1 |
| Stocks | 4:1 |
| Crypto | 2:1 |
| All-in-One | 4:1 |
How Leverage Works
Leverage allows you to control a larger position than your account balance would normally allow. A 4:1 leverage means you can open positions worth up to 4 times your available balance.
- Futures (1:1) — No leverage. Position sizing is controlled by contract limits instead.
- Stocks (4:1) — Up to 4x intraday buying power. Positions must be closed before end of session.
- Crypto (2:1) — Up to 2x buying power. Overnight holding is allowed.
- All-in-One (4:1) — Up to 4x buying power across all asset classes. Overnight holding is allowed.
